Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. Ambuhl of Wilton have announced the engagement of their daughter, Caroline Crawford, to James Frederick Laird of New York, N.Y., son of Susan Worth of Orient, N.Y., and the late John Laird of New York, N.Y.
Both Ms. Ambuhl and Mr. Laird are 2011 graduates of Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pa.
Ms. Ambuhl is employed in book publicity and marketing in New York City. Mr. Laird is an environmental consultant.
A fall 2015 wedding is planned.
