Dove A. E. Burns, a Wilton resident, recently joined the law firm of Goldberg Segalla in New York. She will work as a partner in the employment and labor, and professional liability practice groups.
Ms. Burns has defended corporate clients, executives, billion-dollar restaurant chains, and more, the law firm said in a press release last week.
She “leverages that experience to provide proactive counsel that helps employers minimize the risk of litigation,” the press release said. Ms. Burns specializes in non-compete agreements, claims of sexual misconduct, racial harassment, corporate malfeasance, and other allegations of wrongdoing.
