Boneless Computing, Saturday, Nov. 1, 2-3, Wilton Library. Dale Cates, the library’s systems administrator, will demonstrate how to assemble a computer’s components up to BIOS (Basic Input/Output System), the stage before the operating system starts. Scholar and volunteer Bonnie Tremante will read excerpts of letters written in 1882 to artist Julian Alden Weir from his fiancée Anna Dwight Baker during a walk through the autumn landscape.
