A Wilton man was charged with DUI just after midnight on May 1. Police also found suspected marijuana in his car.
According to police, Graham A. Randolph, 51, of 33 Middlebrook Farm Road was headed west on Cannon Road in his 2014 Chevrolet Silverado when he swerved over the double-yellow line around a curve.
Stopped near Pimpewaug Road, Randolph was found to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.155.
An inventory of his car prior to towing it revealed a small amount of suspected marijuana.
Randolph was charged with DUI, failure to drive right on a curve, and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.
He was taken into custody and released after posting a $250 bond, and is scheduled to appear at Norwalk Superior Court on May 12.
