On April 29, T.J. Maxx in Wilton contacted police to report that one of its employees stole merchandise from the store.
Police responded around 6:15 p.m. and spoke with the employee, Flora Terdevaj, 43, of 12 1/2 Girard Street, Norwalk. She admitted to stealing three items and disclosed that they were in her car parked outside, police said.
Officers found the three items in Terdevaj’s car as described — a Michael Kors wallet, a picture frame, and a perfume product. Police estimate the combined value at $110.
Terdevaj was taken to headquarters, processed, and released on a promise to appear at Norwalk Superior Court on May 9. She was charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
