Trackside Teen Center’s final cooking class of the school year will focus on iconic dishes from Asian, European, and Mexican cuisine.
Amy Bien, culinary arts teacher at Fairfield Warde High School, will teach the Global Foods cooking class on Wednesdays at 4 to 5:30, April 27 through May 25. The registration fee of $300 will cover supplies and ingredients, as well as the completed foods students will take home after each class session. Class size is limited. Trackside is at 15 Station Road.
