Ambler Farm is celebrating the season with its Spring Fling Pancake Breakfast + Sheep Shearing on Saturday, April 30, 11 to 12:30.
Visitors may enjoy pancakes with the farm’s own maple syrup, then say hello to the farm’s sheep, goats and rabbits.
They — the people, that is — are invited to stay for the resident sheep’s wool shearing in preparation for warmer weather. There is also a fun spring craft, and visitors take home a packet of seeds to sow in their own home garden.
The cost is $15 per adult, $5 per child. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Rain or shine.
This event traditionally sells out quickly, and there is no waiting list.
