Time to clean out closets, attics, garages, drawers and basements! Minks to Sinks, Connecticut’s largest outdoor tag sale and a Wilton institution, opens in just a few weeks.
For anyone planning to consign items at the Spring Sale and interested in getting a jump on spring cleaning and decluttering, Minks to Sinks offers in-home consigning. Anyone with more than 10 items to consign, excluding clothing, may call 203-762-0520 before April 18 to arrange for Minks to Sinks volunteers to come to their house and price and tag items to be consigned. The consignor can then simply drop off their priced and tagged items at the Minks to Sinks site at their convenience, between Monday May 2 and Thursday May 5.
Proceeds from the sale benefit Family & Children’s Agency, the Norwalk-based nonprofit agency that provides social services to individuals and families in need in the surrounding communities.
Regular consignments will be held at the Minks to Sinks site at the intersection of School Road and Route 7, next to the tennis courts, on Tuesday, May 3, from 10am-2pm, Wednesday May 4th from 10am-2pm and 4pm-6pm, and Thursday May 5th from 10 to 2.
The Minks to Sinks sale opens Saturday, May 7, from 9 to 5. Bargain days are Sunday, May 8, noon to 4, and Monday, May 9, 9 to noon.
