There was a two-car accident at the intersection of Wolfpit Road and Horseshoe Road on March 4 around 8 a.m., police said.
One car was stopped on Wolfpit Road, waiting for the red light at the intersection to turn green before continuing west, when another car rear-ended it.
The driver of the car that got hit was injured and taken to Norwalk Hospital. The at-fault driver was issued an infraction for following too closely.
Neither vehicle sustained significant damage.
