Moody teenagers are hard to understand. Sometimes it seems everything is OK,  parents often worry about something more serious happening.

Dr. Aaron Krasner and Tracey Masella, both of Silver Hill Hospital, will present a program entitled Coping with Intense Feelings: the Emotional Rollercoaster of Tweens and Teens, on Wednesday, March 9, at 7:30 pm, at Temple B’nai Chaim in Georgetown. This talk is geared toward helping parents better understand the emotional lives of teens. Specifically, it is intended to help parents assess whether or not their teens need help by providing insight about clinical depression and anxiety.

Krasner is board certified in both child/adolescent and adult psychiatry and is the service leader of the Adolescent Transitional Living Program at Silver Hill. Masella serves as the social worker for the Adolescent Transitional Living Program at Silver Hill.

Temple B’nai Chaim is at 82 Portland Avenue. Information: http://on.fb.me/1TvwMoA.
