Winning Applications, a full-service college consulting practice in Wilton, has added three independent educational consultants: Terry Williams, Dana Roth and Christine Carnicelli.

According to a press release, “they will work with new students and their parents on all aspects of the college admission process, including essay writing and finding the best fit for each student.”

A licensed school counselor in Connecticut, Williams is a Wilton resident who most recently worked at Norwalk High School’s Career Center where she assisted students on all aspects of the college admissions process. She is an alumni admissions counselor representative for Northwestern University and a board member of the Norwalk Education Foundation.

Newtown resident Roth is an active volunteer for Cornell University and participates in its Alumni Ambassador Network by conducting local informational meetings for admissions candidates.

Carnicelli last worked as a human resources executive, most recently in the oil industry. Throughout her career, “she has led multiple recruiting initiatives with new college graduates, directed resume workshops, and conducted hundreds of interviews,” the press release said. Carnicelli lives in Ridgefield.
