A Metro-North passes under catenary wires.
To the Editors:
I would like to thank Senator [Toni] Boucher for encouraging advocacy for Danbury Line commuters which, unfortunately, we need desperately. Metro-North and MTA management have no knowledge of the Keystone-Cop-like comedy of errors it is to commute on this line on a daily basis. Metro-North management’s ignorance, indifference, ineptitude and incompetence can be remedied very quickly by substituting real private sector management at the top of that organization.
Decades into my Metro-North daily saga, the ride gets quasi-statically worse every single day.
