Dawn Dahl’s oil painting Glass and Brass is in the Carriage Barn Arts Center’s annual Members Show.
Four Wilton artists will join in the celebration of the Carriage Barn Arts Center’s annual Members’ Show. They are Day R. Shields, Amy Schott, Sarah Lee Michaels and Dawn Dahl.
All subjects, styles, and media are exhibited in this expansive group art exhibition, in which approximately 130 artists, mainly from Connecticut and New York, each display one work. The exhibition is sponsored by the New Canaan Society for the Arts Board of Directors.
At the opening reception on Saturday, Sept. 19, the Carriage Barn Arts Center will also celebrate winning and receiving “Best in Town — Performing Arts Venue” of Moffly Media’s Best of the Gold Coast.
As part of the exhibition, there will be an artists’ talk on Sunday, Sept. 27, at 1, and a free concert by Madera Winds on Saturday, Oct. 3, at 1:30.
