International documentary photographer Daryl Hawk of Wilton will discuss Sacred Places of the World with the Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC) on Tuesday, Sept. 15, at The Saugatuck Congregational Church, 245 Post Road, Westport.
Doors open with wine, appetizers, pasta, salad and desserts at 6:30, with the presentation from 7:30 to 8:30. The cost is $10 for club members, $15 for non-members. Participants are asked to bring along a dessert to share. Pay at door only.

In his presentation, Hawk will talk about sacred and spiritual landscapes he has photographed including the Arctic, Antarctica, the Andes, Patagonia, Argentina, Ladakh, India, Bhutan, New Zealand and more. Two classical musicians will perform during the event.
