Wilton’s registrars of voters will hold a public lottery on Thursday, Aug. 27, to determine the order of candidates’ names for multiple-opening offices within each party row on the Nov. 3, municipal election ballot. The lottery will be held at 10 a.m. at Wilton Town Hall, Office of the Registrars of Voters, 238 Danbury Road.
