Michael Brandt
Bankwell Financial Group’s board of directors announced last week Wilton resident Michael Brandt joined the company’s board on Sept. 3.
Mr. Brandt is senior vice president and CFO at Prudential Retirement, a Hartford-based division of Prudential Financial.
Blake Drexler, executive chairman of Bankwell Financial Group, said in the announcement “given his extensive experience in financial management, M&A, strategic planning and operations, I am confident that Michael will be a strong addition to our Board. In addition, he has a strong working knowledge of the communities we serve.”
