Stamford Hospital will welcome inspirational speaker Maria Sirois, PsyD, who will discuss ways to cope with the emotional stress of a cancer diagnosis during the 6th Annual Survivorship Symposium on Wednesday, June 10, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Tully Health Center in Stamford.
Attendees will have an opportunity to explore techniques that support the rekindling of calm, happiness and a sense of uplift in life, even when suffering and worry are present.
