Wilton Parks and Recreation offers many camps throughout the summer. Complete information is available at wiltonparksandrec.org or by visiting the office at Comstock Community Center.

Below are just a few:

Wilton Warriors Women’s Basketball Camp for girls entering third through ninth grade will focus on developing each and every player through games, contest, and individual instruction. It is led by Wilton High School Girls Varsity Basketball Coach Jaclyn Porco, and instructors will include members of the state championship team and former Wilton players. Camp runs June 22-24 at the high school fieldhouse, 9 to 12:30. The resident fee is $175.

Total Sports Squirts Camp features a new sport each day for children ages 3 to 5.  Participants have the opportunity to try lacrosse, soccer, basketball, T-ball, flag football parachute games and more in a safe, structured environment. It is run by US Sports Institute staff at Middlebrook School, July 20-24, from 4:30 to 5:30. The resident fee is $79.

LEGO Flix Camp and Imagination Flix Camp is for ages 7 to 13. Campers will create a LEGO set with LEGO characters for a movie they storyboard, write, shoot, and voice-over in age-appropriate groups. All projects are downloadable within a month after camp ends. Examples are available at IncrediFlix.com. Camp takes place July 13-17 at Trackside from 9 to noon and 1 to 4. The resident fee is $175.

YesSoccer Camp is new. For ages 3 to 14, the main objective is to combine the overall development of the player’s physical capacities and fundamental movement skills with an introduction into the key components of soccer. Camp takes place July 6-10 at Allen’s Meadow. Time slots and fees are based on age.
