New Canaan jumped out to a 7-0 lead never looked back, scoring a 12-6 win over the Wilton High girls lacrosse team on Thursday in New Canaan.
It was the second loss in three days for the Warriors, who fell to 2-2.
The Rams (4-0) led 8-1 at halftime. Wilton closed the gap to 8-4 midway through the second half, but New Canaan pulled away down the stretch.
Sara Dickinson, Laine Parsons and Makenna Pearsall each had two goals for the Warriors. Olivia Phelan finished with seven saves in goal, as New Canaan had a 19-17 edge in shots on goal.
