The Wilton High boys lacrosse team opened its season with an 18-6 victory over Fairfield Warde on Thursday in Fairfield.
Michael Lynch nearly outscored the Mustangs by himself, scoring five goals to lead Wilton.
Harrison Bardwell and Charles McGovern each added three goals for the Warriors.
Wilton goalie Jameson Hill made 14 saves.
The Warriors led 10-4 at halftime and 16-4 after three quarters.
