New lieutenant
Acting Chief Robert Crosby announced Tuesday, March 17, that Sgt. Robert Kluk, a 16-year veteran of the Wilton Police Department, had been promoted to lieutenant effective March 20. Up to the time of his promotion, Lt. Kluk was administrative sergeant overseeing the records department. Above, Lt. Kluk has his lieutenant bars pinned on by his wife, Emily.
