Welcoming new voters
Wilton’s registrars of voters conducted their annual voter registration drive at Wilton High School on Tuesday, Feb. 24. Above, from left, Assistant Registrar Alexandra Corra, Registrar Tina Gardner, League of Women Voters member Karen Birck, and Assistant Registrar Katie Wilbur join students Michael Legaz and Jacob McCully. Thirty-four students registered in person with several others planning to register online in this first day of a yearly two-day event designed to encourage young people to begin a lifelong habit of voting.
